- Regular Work Hours between hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Manage client inquires and requests, respond to and follow-up on inquiries from potential clients, serve as a liaison between clients, vendors and technicians, prepare estimates, prepare invoices, and manage the customer intake process from multiple platforms and systems, handle receptionist responsibilities, and manage the workflow in our field management system.
- Gather information needed for a technician to estimate the project(s)
- Provide virtual estimate or coordinate and schedule an on-site estimate to be performed by a technician
- Order materials
- Schedule approved jobs according to staffing availability.
- Manage technician schedules for estimates and jobs
- Track hours worked by employees per job.
- Track purchases made for each job.
- Communicate with technicians regarding their schedule, assigned work, and customer requirements
- Ensure all completed work is marked finished and invoiced, and follow up regarding payment
- Prepare and send invoices when the projects are complete.
- Assist estimators with material location and pricing.
- Manage customer communication and follow up via telephone/message/email as needed
- Relay any communications between clients, staff, and management.
- Help maintain our social media accounts and email communication with our prospects.
- Schedule hiring interviews
- Run reports
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Preferred - knowledge of home improvement (materials, tasks)

- Have a basic knowledge of business principles including profitability and efficiency.
